RETMen (Masseurs/Therapists) are required to fill-up the form below to ensure that our Masseurs have served our Client in accordance with Real Extreme Touch Quality Standard. RET uses this form as one method to verify and evaluate our Masseurs' Performance.  It's also a way of tracking and comparing Client's feedback with our Masseur's Self-Assessment.
