Top 10 Performing Masseurs for October 2022 | Shining & Rising Stars

Ayos lang umitim sa kakadiskarte keysa pumuti sa kakainarte. | It's okay to go black-skin while strategically working hard rather than going white-skin yet stagily simply doing nothing..

I am not choosy when it comes to job opportunities especially if it's for my family's welfare that can save them from poverty. Anything, anywhere; just moving forward, no quitting. As long as I won't kick the interest and rights of other people and as long as I'm in the right direction, I'll fight no matter how hard the job is.

It's the same with massage, nothing is difficult if you want to learn. It removes pain from the body if the massage is performed correctly. It lightens the mood if it is in the heart while doing the massage. There must be a strategy; the ability/skill that would retain in the memory of the Client and/or for the Client to return/look for your unique service. This is our life as masseurs, to bring joy to the hearts of each of our clients.

"Kung mahal mo ang isang tao hindi ka naghahanap ng wala sa kanya, makuntento ka kung anong meron sya at tanggapin kung anong kayang ibigay nya." (If you love someone, you must not be looking for nothing in him/her, you must be contented with what he/she has and accept what he/she can give.)

ADAM: I'm just a beginner but the Real Extreme Touch Clients are so kind that they deserve to give them the right and best service they expect. {Baguhan pa lang ako pero ang babait kasi ng mga Client ng Real Extreme Touch kaya karapatdapat lang naman na ibigay namin ang tamang serbisyo na inaasahan nila.}

AXTON: It is inspiring to work when you know your colleagues are good, sober, and kind. No wonder because people here are fully guided, disciplined. It’s also inspiring when you know that the management is supportive of you. So the only thing we have to do is to massage properly so that our clients can go home smiling. {Nakaka-inspire magtrabaho kung alam mong mabubuti, matitino, at mababait ang mga kasamahan mo. BARON: I have been through a lot in RET and I am very grateful because our company has finally improved because of the tireless guidance of our management so there is no reason for us not to provide a good service. {Marami na akong pinagdaanan sa RET at lubusan akong nagpapasalamat dahil tuluyang naging maayos ang samahan namin dahil na rin sa walang sawang gabay ng namamahala sa amin kaya walang dahilan para hindi kami magbigay ng maayos ng serbisyo.}

BREAKER: I just got here at Xtreme but I've seen the goodness of every one of my co -workers. It was a reassurance for me that I am in good hands. So, I will improve my work as well. DAVE: With the big changes of Xtreme compared to when I first came in, I felt so strange. The new Owner is so strict but everyone is disciplined. Now we are able to perform our work smoothly with the peace of mind of our Clients with us. {Sa laki ng pinagbago ng Xtreme kumpara noong una akong pumasok, ako'y naninibago. DONALD: Being lived in the provinces, was been a reason for me to live in a world of shyness. But because of the kindness of my colleagues, I've learned to socialize, thus builds my self -confidence. Today, I am still that shy man when facing with our Clients but not as much as before.
