ADAM: I'm just a beginner but the Real Extreme Touch Clients are so kind that they deserve to give them the right and best service they expect. {Baguhan pa lang ako pero ang babait kasi ng mga Client ng Real Extreme Touch kaya karapatdapat lang naman na ibigay namin ang tamang serbisyo na inaasahan nila.}

AXTON: It is inspiring to work when you know your colleagues are good, sober, and kind. No wonder because people here are fully guided, disciplined. It’s also inspiring when you know that the management is supportive of you. So the only thing we have to do is to massage properly so that our clients can go home smiling. {Nakaka-inspire magtrabaho kung alam mong mabubuti, matitino, at mababait ang mga kasamahan mo. Hindi nakakapagtaka dahil fully guided ang mga tao dito, disciplinado. Nakaka-inspire din kung alam mong ang management ay naka-support sa iyo. Kaya isa nalang ang nalalabi naming gawin, ito ay ang magmasahe ng maayos para uuwing nakangiti ang aming mga klyente.}

BARON: I have been through a lot in RET and I am very grateful because our company has finally improved because of the tireless guidance of our management so there is no reason for us not to provide a good service. {Marami na akong pinagdaanan sa RET at lubusan akong nagpapasalamat dahil tuluyang naging maayos ang samahan namin dahil na rin sa walang sawang gabay ng namamahala sa amin kaya walang dahilan para hindi kami magbigay ng maayos ng serbisyo.}

BREAKER: I just got here at Xtreme but I've seen the goodness of every one of my co -workers. It was a reassurance for me that I am in good hands. So, I will improve my work as well. No alibi at all but simply focus on serving my Clients. {Kararating ko lang dito sa Xtreme pero nakita ang kabutihan ng bawat katrabaho ko. Panatag ang loob na nasa mabuting kamay ako. Kaya aking pagbubutihin din ang trabaho ko. Wala akong magiging dahilan para hindi magfocus sa aking mga Klyente.}

CARLO: Since I've been working here at RET, we have realized that at the forefront of the Owner’s values ​​is God and this faith will give us guidance in our efforts why we work for our family and ourselves. DAVE: With the big changes of Xtreme compared to when I first came in, I felt so strange. The new Owner is so strict but everyone is disciplined. Now we are able to perform our work smoothly with the peace of mind of our Clients with us. {Sa laki ng pinagbago ng Xtreme kumpara noong una akong pumasok, ako'y naninibago. Strikto man ang bagong may-ari pero disiplinado ang lahat. Ngayon maayos na naming nagagampanan ang aming pagtratrabaho na may kapanatagan ang aming mga Klyente sa amin.}

DONALD: Being lived in the provinces, was been a reason for me to live in a world of shyness. But because of the kindness of my colleagues, I've learned to socialize, thus builds my self -confidence. Today, I am still that shy man when facing with our Clients but not as much as before. Importantly, I bring peace and relaxation to my Client here in our Spa. {Ang aking pagiging Probinsyano ay hindi naging dahilan para ako'y mamuhay sa mundo ng pagiging mahiyahin. Dahil sa kabiitan ng aking mga kasamahan, natututo ang makisalamuha ang mabuo ang aking kompyansa sa sarili. Sa ngayon, mahiyain pa rin naman kapag kaharap ang aming mga Klyente pero di na masyado tulad ng dati. Ang mahalaga, mapanatag at nakakapag-relax ang aming mga Klyente dito sa aming Spa}

EDWIN: I always tell my Boss that I’m SolidRETFamily, why not! We are still enjoying a lot of change compared to before. So what else can we do but serve our Client well. Because we know that when our work is done well, we'll be taken repeatedly.{Lagi ko sinasabi sa aking Boss ako'y Solid RET, bakit hindi! Ngayon pa at andami nang pagbabago namin nalalasap kumpara dati. Kaya ano pa ang aming aatupagin kundi pagsilbihan ng maayos ang aming Klyente. Kasi alam namin kapag maayos naging nagagawa ang aming trabaho, kami'y binabalik-balikan rin.}

FRANCIS: The Owner always scolds me because I always go to my hometown so sometimes those who are looking for me are left unserved. But now, because of repeatedly received preaching and tireless guidance from my Boss, I am adjusting and managing my schedules well because now I understand that I should be the one adjusting for my Clients. {Lagi akong pinagsasabihan ng may-ari dahil sa palagiang pag-uwi ko kaya minsan yung mga naghahanap sa akin ay hindi ko tuloy napagsisilbihan. Pero ngayon, dahil sa paulit-ulit na pangaral at walang sawang patnubay sa akin, inaayos ko na ang aking mga schedule dahil ngayon nauunawaan ko na dapat ako ang nag-aadjust para sa aking mga Klyente.}

GARDO: In our Boss’ advices, sometimes I find it hard to understand because my mind is playful. But one time when my Boss called me and patiently explained things there I thought I needed to be prudent with money so that I would have something to pull off when I was in dire need. Because I know if I have something to save, I am not stress then I can properly massage my customers. {Sa mga pangaral ng aming Boss, minsan mahirap kong maunawaan dahil mapaglaro ang aking isipan. Pero noong minsan na tinawag ako ng aking Boss at matiyagang ipinaliwanag ang mga bagay-bagay doon ko naisipan kailangan kong maging masinop sa pera upang sa ganun mayroon akong huhugutin sa panahon na ako'y nasa gipit na nangangailangan. Kasi alam kung may ipon ako, hindi ako stress then maayos kong mamasahe ang aking mga customers/}

GIO: Since the new Management began, our Client has become more comfortable. They feel that they are in good hands or care. This in turn is guaranteed because we respect and take care of our Clients. We wish a bright smiles from our Clients after each sessions. {Simula ng panibagong Management na, naging mas comfortable ang aming Klyente. Ramdam nila na sila'y nasa mabuting kamay o pangangalaga. Ito naman ay garantisado dahil aming ginagalang at iniingatan ang mga Klyente namin. Hangad namin maaliwalas na ngiti  mula sa aming Klyente pagkatapos ng aming session.}

JAYVER: At first I was nervous but by patiently teaching us massage, I am learning and getting better so I am sure I will be able to properly perform massage with my Clients. {Sa una kinakabahan ako pero sa matiyagang pagtuturo sa amin ng pagmamasahe, ako'y natututo at lalong pinagbuti kaya sigurado akong maayos kong maisasagawa ang pagmamasahe sa aking mga Klyente.}

JOEL: I can humbly say that my massage skills have been shaped by time so I can definitely do my job well anywhere anytime. {Mapakumbaba kong sasabihin na ang aking kakayahan sa pagmamasahe ay hinubog ng panahon kaya tiyak akong magagampanan ng maayos ang aking trabaho kahit saan anumang oras.}

JOMER: I’m glad because I felt my Boss trust me so I know if the Boss trusts me, I’m sure I can build my Clients ’trust in me as well.{Natutuwa ako dahil naramdaman ko ang pagtitiwala ng aking Boss sa akin kaya alam ko kung may tiwala ang Boss sa akin, tiyak kong mabubuo ko rin ang tiwala ng aking mga Klyente sa akin.}

KENSHIN: I don't want to start my own bank but this is what my Managers often tell me, they are happy and the feedback from my Clients is good after I massage. I think, it should only be because the Clients deserve that I can give my 100% Best. Impression is just anjan but the repeated good feedback of the Client seems to indicate that fact. {Ayaw ko sanang magbuhat ng sarili kong bangko pero ito ang kalimitang sinasabi sa akin ng aking mga Managers, natutuwa at maganda daw ang feedback ng aking mga Klyente pagkatapos kong magmasahe. Tingin ko, dapat lang naman dahil deserve ng mga Klyente na maibigay ko ang 100% Best ko. Ang pagpapa-impress anjan lang yan pero sa paulit-ulit na magandang feedback ng Klyente tingin nagpapahiwatig na katotohanan.}

LAXUZ: I don't want anything but to do my job well as a masseuse but I don't expect to be given another good opportunity to be a support staff. Now, as I apply my Boss’s Advice, I guide my fellow masseurs to arrange each massage according to the right skills and time. {Wala akong nais kundi magampanan ng maayos ang trabaho ko bilang masahista pero hindi ko inaasahan na mabibigyan pa ako ng magandang oportunidad na maging support staff. Ngayon, sa pagsasabuhay ko sa mga Payo ng aking Boss, nagagabayan ko ang mga kapwa ko masahista na ayusing ang bawat pagmasahe naayon sa tamang skills at oras.}

LA: With the understanding of our Boss and the Managers at the time I was always going home to the province, I was being and always warmly welcomed. So, this is my life now that I must always strive to be good and honest with my Clients and to the Company. {Sa mga pang-unawa ng aming Boss at ng mga Managers sa panahon na ako'y laging umuuwi sa probinsya. Ako pa rin naman ay laging mainit na tinatanggap. Kaya, ito ay buhay ko ngayon na dapat pagsusumikapan kong laging maging mabuti at tapat sa aking mga Klyente at sa aking Kompanya.}

NEXUZ: As a novice in this industry, I am sure that my situation will be good because it permeates to my good service to my Clients as well. {Bilang baguhan sa industryang ito, tiyak kong magiging maayos ang kalagayan ko dahil tumatagos ito sa maayos kong paninilbihan din sa aking mga Kleyente.}

NIñO: I'm quiet and shy. But thanks to the advice of my Boss and my colleagues because I gradually resisted it. I am sure I will be able to serve our Client well because we are well trained. {Ako'y tahimik at mahiyain. Pero dahil sa mga payo ng aking Boss at ng aking mga kasamahan unti-unti ko nang nalalabanan ito. Tiyak ko na kaya kong paglingkuran ng maayos ang aming Klyente dahil kami'y ininsayo ng maigi.}

MARKY: I've tried moving around to many Spas in the City but it's only here at Xtreme that I've received a balanced view of the issues and concerns raised between the Client and our Masseurs. {Nasubukan ko nang palipat-lipat sa mga Spa pero dito ko lang sa Xtreme natanggapuan ang balansyadong pagtingin sa mga inuusig na issues at mga concerns sa pagitang ng Klyente at kaming Masahista.}

Dito pinapakingan ang hinaing ng mga Klyente kaya agaran naming nasosolyunan ang bawat issue para sa nangungunang kapakanan ng aming Klyente.}

OLIVER: They said, RET has been established since 1997, I haven't been born that time, yet RET was already here. So I think, we need to keep the brand “RET is for a Quality Massage”. That is also my promise to my Clients. {Sabi nila, andito na ang RET simula 1997, hindi pa ako naipapangak pala andito na ang RET. Kaya tingin ko, kailangan naming panatilihin ang aming brand na "RET ay para sa Quality Massage". Yan ang aking pangako rin sa aking mga Klyente.}

PHIL: With the many advice I have received from our Boss and the Managers, if I have not improved my work, when will I be a disciplined? That’s what I learned, to appreciate every piece of advice and live it to realize its real sense or meaning. This has been the reason why my Clients always request me because they know I serve them well with honestly. {Sa daming pangaralan na inabot ko sa aming Boss at sa mga Managers, kung hindi ko pa pagbubutihin ang aking trabaho, kailan pa ako magtitino? Yan ang aking natutunan, ang pahalagahan ang bawat payo at isabuhay para may kabuluhan. Ito ang naging dahilan kung bakit lagi akong nirerequest ng aking mga Klyente dahil alam nila maayos at tapat akong nagbibigay ng serbisyo sa kanila.}

RONNIE: My uncle brought me here to Xtreme where he used to work. They say, "it's my turn now". So, expect me that I will always improve my skills for you.{Ako'y dinala ng aking tiyuhin dito sa Xtreme kung saan sya nagtratrabaho noon. Sabi nga nila, "panahon ko naman daw ngayon". Kaya asahan nyong pagbubutihin ko lagi ang aking trabaho.}

TRIXZUZ: I just came back here today to the Spa since I came home to the province, then now on my return too many have changed. Now the Spa has its own Gym. So it is in this aspect that I will improve myself because I know that if I am healthy and fit, I will be able to do my job well. {Kararating ko lang muli ngayon dito sa Spa simula noong umuwi ako sa probinsya, then ngayon sa aking panunumbalik andaming nabago. Ngayon may sariling Gym pa ang Spa. So dito sa aspeto na ito na iimprove ko ang sarili ko dahil alam ko na kung healthy at fit ako, maayos kong magagawa ang aking trabaho.}

XAVIER: I was complacent then, I was careless. There are many mistakes. But because of the hardships I went through, it was so delicious to enjoy the fruits of my transformation. This is the promise I made to our Boss and I will stand by it because through it I know I will be able to do my job well. I love my Clients and they deserve to receive proper service. {Naging kampante ako noon, naging pabaya. Maraming pagkakamali. Pero dahil sa matinding pinagdaanan ko, napakasarap lasapin ang mga bunga ng pagbabago ko. Ito ang pangakong binitiwan ko sa aming Boss at paninindigan ko ito dahil sa pamamagitan nito alam kong magiging maisasagawa ko ng maayos ang aking trabaho.
