Sana po, sabihan nyo naman po ang inyo Masseurs na magdala lagi nang Loyalty Card sa mga Hotel or Home Service nyo po. Kasi itong nakaraan madalang ako pumupunta na jan pero lagi akong tumatawag ng Home Service lang.

DeletePasensya na po... totoo po yun na hindi nakakapagdala ang aming Masseurs ng Loyalty Card during their hotel service po kasi di po namin naalala padalhan.
May suggestion po ako kung okay lang po kasi minsan hindi namin nacocontrol or nareremind ang mga Masseur namin na magdala ng Loyalty Card, kung pwede po sa inyong pakikipag-usap sa aming HelpDesk, paki-banggit na rin na magdala ang aming Masseur/s namin ng Loyalty Card. Kasi may ilan din mga Guests kasi kami na hindi tinatanggap ang Loyalty Card kasi daw papalipad naman na sila sa ibang bansa so maybe after 6 months or a year pa sila makakabalik.
Anyway, salamat po sa iyong parating pang-unawa. Higit sa lahat salamat sa iyong pagiging masugid na Cliente ng RET.
